D. in Administrative Sciences from the National University of Piura (UNP). Currently, she is Director of Research at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of the UNP. Business advisor for the Emprenegocios Project, Peruvian Entrepreneur, IPAE, Associations of small entrepreneurs, productive chains, among others. Trainer of entrepreneurship programs of the Ministry of Production. Management Officer in several companies such as IPAE, Limones Piuranos, Consorcio Macarena, Santa Rosa Elena. She has university teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate levels.
