Certification information

The International Congress "Migrations, Conflict, Women and Youth - Caring for the Common Home" will issue official certificates to those who have actively participated as speakers and/or attendees duly registered in the event. The issuance of these certificates seeks to recognize the academic and ethical commitment of those who are part of this space for interdisciplinary dialogue, aimed at social transformation and care of our common home.

Types of certification

Two types of certificates will be issued, depending on the type of participation:

  • Paper certificate: Aimed at those who have presented a paper accepted by the Evaluation Committee and have presented it during the event (either in person or virtually).
  • Certificate of attendance: Addressed to all registered participants who have attended the congress activities.

Note: Speakers may receive both certificates, as long as they comply with the attendance to the academic activities of the congress.

Format and delivery

  • Certifications will be issued exclusively in digital format (PDF), signed by the corresponding academic authorities.
  • Certificates will not be delivered in physical format.
  • Delivery will take place two weeks after the end of the congress, i.e., as of November 7, 2025.
  • Once issued, the certificates will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided in the registration form.

Important recommendations

To ensure proper issuance and delivery of your certificate, please note the following:

  1. Carefully fill in your full name and e-mail address at the time of registration. These data will be taken as is for the elaboration of the certification. Typing errors may make the submission difficult or invalid.
  2. Use a current and frequently used e-mail address, preferably institutional or professional.
  3. It will not be possible to modify or resend certificates due to errors in the data provided, except in duly justified cases and within the first 15 days after delivery.
  4. Participation as a speaker or attendee must be duly registered and verified by the organizing team during the event.
