Registration

To participate in the International Congress "Migrations, Conflict, Women and Youth - Caring for the Common Home", either as a speaker or as an attendee, it is essential to correctly complete the registration process through the official form. This procedure allows us to properly organize the thematic tables, control access and issue the respective certificates.

Choice of modality

In the registration form, each participant will be able to choose one of the two modalities available. Please select the one that best suits your possibilities:

  • On-site modality: USD 70
  • Virtual mode (remote presentation in real time): USD 50

Both options include full access to all academic activities of the congress. The payment is a one-time fee and does not require any additional subscription.

Means of payment

The registration system enables different options depending on the participant's country of residence:

If you reside outside Peru:

  • Payment must be made by credit or debit card:
    Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners.

If you live in Peru, you can choose between:

  • Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners).
  • Payment in banksThe system will generate a payment code which may be paid at the agencies or virtual platforms of the following banks:
    • BCP
    • BBVA
    • Interbank
    • Scotiabank
    This mode is available only for participants within peruvian territory.

Confirmation of registration

Once payment has been made, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to the registered email address. Your vacancy will only be secured once the payment is completed.

Please note the following:

  • Deadline for speakers: until August 4, 2025. This date is key to facilitate the early organization of the thematic tables.
  • Deadline for attendees: October 17, 2025.

Data and voucher review

  • Carefully review your proof of payment (receipt or invoice). Once issued, it cannot be changed.
  • Carefully check your personal data during registration, as your certificates will be issued based on this information.
  • Be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly. Any typing errors may prevent the receipt of official records and communications.

Technical requirements for virtual participants

If you are enrolling in virtual mode, make sure you have the following for an adequate experience:

  • Device with Mac OS or Windows operating system (Vista/7/8/10).
  • Stable Internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 1.2 Mbps.
  • Functional equipment with active audio output.

We recommend that you perform a connection test prior to the event and check that your camera and microphone are working properly if you wish to speak during the sessions.
